Yes, for some print reports (for example, invoices and orders), the name of the logged-in user who prints the document is printed automatically.
What needs to be set up
The user must have at least one of the following fields filled in under Tools → Users in the Company: First Name, Last Name, or Title. If all three fields are empty, Flexi has nothing to print.
⚠️ Not all print reports include this information. If you need it on a report that doesn't print it, that report will need to be customized.
