How to Check Whether Slow Internet Connection Is the Cause

If ABRA Flexi in the cloud is running slowly (long loading times, delays), the most common cause is a slow or unstable internet connection.


Check in ABRA Flexi

  1. Open: Help → About Flexi → Application Details

  2. Check the following values:

    • Server response

    • Proxy response

    • Web response

If you are unsure, contact support and consult the values with them.


Internet Speed Test

  • Run a speed test (e.g. speedtest.net)

  • Monitor:

    • connection speed

    • response time (ping)


Response Time Test (Ping)

  • Open Command Prompt / Terminal

  • Run:

ping demo.flexibee.eu
  • For comparison:

ping google.com


How to Evaluate the Results

  • normal response time: tens of ms

  • higher values or fluctuations = connection issue


What to Do If There Is a Problem

  • check your connection (Wi-Fi vs. cable)

  • try a different network

  • contact your internet service provider
