Keyboard Shortcuts in Flexi

How to Make Your Work Easier in the Flexi Desktop Application and Web Interface

ABRA Flexi offers the ability to simplify and speed up your work using keyboard shortcuts. This overview lists all keyboard shortcuts divided into two main sections. The first section covers shortcuts available in the desktop application. The second section covers keyboard shortcuts used in the Flexi web interface. Both sections are further divided by the operating system you use on your computer to work with Flexi.

Desktop Application

  • the application is installed on your PC and Flexi runs as a standalone program

To view the keyboard shortcuts, select the operating system you use

Additional shortcuts (available on all operating systems)

Reordering columns in the record list by dragging - click and hold on a column header to drag the column to the desired position

Searching within columns in the record list - simply click on any row in the desired column, start typing, and confirm with Enter (this search can then be cleared using Esc)

Closing tabs with the mouse wheel - pressing the mouse wheel over a tab name closes the tab

Bonus tip

To quickly close all tabs, click on the accounting period in the left panel below the company name and confirm the accounting period by clicking OK

Flexi Web Interface

  • you access Flexi through a web browser on your device (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or another browser)

To view the keyboard shortcuts, select the operating system you use

You can also view all keyboard shortcuts by clicking on your user profile and selecting the Keyboard Shortcuts option.

Additional shortcuts (available on all operating systems)

Calculator - basic mathematical operations (+, -, *, /) can be performed directly in numeric fields

Date editing - a date can be entered by adding or subtracting a number of days / weeks / months

-1 - yesterday
+5 - today + 5 days
+2t - today + 2 weeks
+1m - today + 1 month
