Blocking a User in Multiple Companies at Once

If we have multiple companies in Flexi and need to block a user, we can perform the block via the web interface across all companies.

In the browser, enter the server address (e.g. demo.flexibee.eu), log in to Flexi, click on your username in the top right corner, then go to System Settings - Users. Here, open the relevant user, set the User Type to Read Only, and check the Block option + enter the reason for blocking. This will prevent the user from accessing all companies they were registered in, and at the same time free up a license for a new user.
