A user who logged in for the first time and filled in their username and password in the "First Launch" dialog has set the credentials for the first accounting user, who is also the user with the highest permission level: "Administrator". Such a user has, in addition to the NORMAL type and ADMIN role, all server rights active, as well as the Right to lock documents and the Right to add users from another company. These rights then allow creating new companies and managing user access.
Once logged in, this list can be accessed from the menu Settings - Company Settings - Users in Company.
After selecting a user and hovering over the ⏺⏺⏺ symbol for more options, select the key icon "permissions".
In the user list, you can make changes and define user permissions as the main administrator.
How to create a new user?
If you need to grant access to a new user, first add them to the user list under Settings - Company Settings - Users in Company and open a new record by clicking the New button.
Enter a username and password for each user. Select a role that will define which records the user can access and what actions they can perform.
The last thing to fill in is the user type. In ABRA Flexi, there are three different user types (Normal, REST-API, and Read-Only). For Normal and REST-API user types, the corresponding access license must be purchased. Read-Only users are available for free in unlimited numbers.
Adding a user from another company
If you need to add a newly created user to another company that you manage in ABRA Flexi, simply log in to the relevant company the employee should have access to. Again, go to Settings - Company Settings - Users in Company and click the Add user from another company button.
Apply role in all companies
The checkbox allows you to set a role across all companies. The role must exist in all companies.
A list of all users who have access to your ABRA Flexi will appear, and you can select the one you want to add to the currently open company.
If a user needs access to all created companies, simply enable the server right Access to all companies for that user.
Removing a user
If a user has been actively working in ABRA Flexi, their username has been linked to records in the database and it is therefore not possible to simply remove them by selecting their name and clicking Delete.
For such a user, you need to set the user type to Read-Only and the user role to BLOCKED: Inactive user. This ensures they will no longer be able to log in to ABRA Flexi or the selected company.

You can now add users consuming a license directly in the "Licenses and Subscription" agenda. You can also activate API access here, manage/create users across companies, and order extended annual license support (RRLP). Everything is in your hands — there is no longer any need to contact the Flexi sales department.
