If you are an administrator in Flexi but still cannot create or edit users, you are missing the server right Create Users. This is because the administrator role applies to a single company, whereas user management is governed by server rights, which can only be granted by the main administrator.
ℹ️ The main administrator is usually the user who logs in as admin. If you don't know who that is, find out within your company and ask them to grant you the right.
How to grant the right
The following steps are performed by the main administrator:
Go to the menu Tools → Users in company.
Open the detail of the user who should be able to create new users, and go to the Login Details tab.
Click the Server Rights button.
Check the Create Users flag.
Save by clicking Save and Close.
