The item on the document does not display the foreign-language name, even though the translation is filled in in the price list.
Why this happens
The item was loaded into the document at a time when the translation in the price list had not yet been filled in. Data is taken from the price list only at the moment the item is inserted — adding the translation later does not retroactively apply to items already existing on the document.
Solution
Add the translation to the price list, then delete and reload the item on the document. The newly inserted item will then pick up the translation.
💡 If you have several such documents, add the translations to the price list before you start issuing the documents — retroactive bulk correction of document items is not available.
