Enter - confirm a button
Alt + underlined letter on the button - presses the desired button
On Linux, the underlined letter on buttons should always be visible.
Another way to view a keyboard shortcut is to hover over the button with your mouse — a tooltip will appear showing the button description, including its shortcut.
Alt + Left Arrow - move to the previous record
Alt + Right Arrow - move to the next record
Ctrl + Page Up - move to the previous tab
Ctrl + Page Down - move to the next tab
Shift + Up Arrow - move to the previous field
Shift + Down Arrow - move to the next field
Tab - move to the next field
Shift + Tab - move to the previous field
Spacebar - toggle a checkbox between checked / unchecked
F1 - opens the program help
F2 - when focused on a selection list, opens the lookup dialog with a list of values (e.g. for selecting from a Price List, Company Addresses, Chart of Accounts, etc.)
F9 - starts attachment scanning
F10 - opens a window for entering an item by EAN code and quantity (suitable for scanning items with a barcode reader)
Esc - closes the open form
Record List
Up and Down Arrows - navigate through the record list
Ctrl + Home - jump to the first record in the list
Ctrl + End - jump to the last record in the list
Spacebar - toggle a checkbox between checked / unchecked
Shift + click checkbox with mouse - checks all records within the selected range
Delete - delete the selected record, or multiple records selected using checkboxes
Alt + K - creates a copy of the record
Ctrl + F - starts full-text search
Alt + I - opens filter settings
Alt + P - select a print report
F4 - shows/hides the price list tree (available in the Price List module only)
F5 - opens the attachment
Issued/Received Invoices
Ctrl + K - Sign for payment (also applies to the Point of Sale module)
Ctrl + H - Cash payment
Ctrl + Z - Create/cancel a VAT document link
Date Field
F2 - opens a calendar for date selection
F3 - sets today's date (if the date is set correctly on your PC)
Up Arrow - moves the displayed date forward by one day (+1)
Down Arrow - moves the displayed date back by one day (-1)
Page Up - moves the displayed date forward by one month (+1)
Page Down - moves the displayed date back by one month (-1)
