Enter - confirm button
Control + Option + underlined letter on the button - presses the desired button
With this shortcut, you can see which buttons will respond to this option by pressing Option. At that moment, the letters on the buttons that can be used in combination with Control and Option will be underlined.
Another way to view the keyboard shortcut is to hover over the button with your mouse, which will display a tooltip showing the button description along with its shortcut.
Control + Option + Left Arrow - move to the previous record
Control + Option + Right Arrow - move to the next record
Control + ⭡ (Page Up) / Fn + Up Arrow - move to the previous tab
Control + ⭣ (Page Down) / Fn + Down Arrow - move to the next tab
Shift + Up Arrow - move to the previous field
Shift + Down Arrow - move to the next field
Tab - move to the next field
Shift + Tab - move to the previous field
Spacebar - toggle checkbox between checked / unchecked
F1 - opens the program help
F2 - opens the lookup dialog with a list of values above a selection list (e.g. for selecting from a Price List, Company Addresses, Chart of Accounts, etc.)
F9 - starts attachment scanning
F10 - opens a window for entering an item by EAN code and quantity (suitable for loading items with a barcode scanner)
Esc - closes the open form
Record List
Up and Down Arrows - navigate through the record list
Control + ⭱ (Home) / Fn + Left Arrow - move to the first record in the list
Control + ⭳ (End) / Fn + Right Arrow - move to the last record in the list
Spacebar - toggle checkbox between checked / unchecked
Shift + click checkbox with mouse - checks all records within the selected range
Delete - deletes the selected record, or multiple records selected using the checkboxes
Control + Option + N - creates a new record
Control + Option + K - creates a copy of the record
Control + F - starts full-text search
Control + Option + I - opens filter settings
Control + Option + P - select a print report
F4 - shows/hides the price list tree (available in the Price List module only)
F5 - opens the attachment
Issued/Received Invoices
Control + K - Sign for payment (also applies to the Point of Sale module)
Control + H - Cash payment
Control + Z - Create/cancel a VAT document link
Date Field
F2 - opens the calendar for date selection
F3 - sets today's date (if the date is correctly set on your PC)
Up Arrow - moves the displayed date forward by one day (+1)
Down Arrow - moves the displayed date back by one day (-1)
⭡ (Page Up) / Fn + Up Arrow - moves the displayed date forward by one month (+1)
⭣ (Page Down) / Fn + Down Arrow - moves the displayed date back by one month (-1)
