If we want the public holiday compensation to be calculated based on the labor-law average, we select the calculation of holiday compensation from the average in the company settings (Modules - Employees - Contract). This sets the calculation for all employees.
It is also possible to configure this setting on the individual employee's card in the Employees - HR menu, under "Employment Relationship" on the "Contract" tab. Information entered here takes precedence over the company-wide setting.
If an employee has not yet completed a full quarter of work, it is necessary to enter the labor-law average in the "Employees" - "HR" menu on the specific employee's card, on the "Employment Relationship" tab. By clicking the "Edit" button, you can fill in the so-called probable labor-law average.
