👥 Employees – Navigation
The Employees module is used to manage employees, external workers, and job applicants.
It is also the module responsible for payroll calculation and handling all documents related to HR and payroll administration.
💡 The module can be used not only for employees in an employment relationship, but also for freelancers, part-time workers, consultants, or other collaborating individuals.

👤 HR Management
A list of all persons registered in the company – employees, job applicants, and external collaborators.
This section is where you enter virtually all payroll-related data, such as:
personal details,
employment contracts,
agreements,
information about children and tax credits,
wage type, pay grades, working hours,
health and social insurance information,
holiday entitlements.

💼 Payroll Update
Used to calculate payroll for a selected period.
It involves stepping through the individual calculation steps and allows you to:
enter wage components,
calculate automatic items,
review the calculation,
close the payroll period.

📋 Employee Overview
A summary table with basic information:
first name and surname,
date of birth,
job position,
type of employment,
start and end date,
holiday,
hours worked,
number of children,
averages for employment law purposes.
Some data can be printed into a clear summary report.

🗂️ Person Groups
Persons can be organized into groups, which simplifies payroll accounting.
Groups can represent, for example:
shared payroll accounting,
workplaces / cost centers,
pay grade categories,
type of employment,
tracking of job applicants.
Filling in groups is not mandatory, but it significantly improves clarity and simplifies bulk payroll operations.
🧾 Wage Component Code List – Settings
A fixed code list containing all legally defined:
compensations,
allowances,
supplements,
bonuses,
other wage components.
It cannot be edited manually – changes are made automatically by the system in accordance with legislation.
