🆘 Help Module in ABRA Flexi

This module is not intended solely for program help — it also includes functions related to the application and licensing (e.g., uploading or updating a license).
Through this module, you can:

  • visit the ABRA Flexi website,

  • access user and technical support,

  • send your feedback or suggestions about ABRA Flexi.

www.flexibee.eu, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about using the ABRA Flexi system.

The knowledge base is clearly organized by topic into the following segments:

📘 Program Help (F1)

Clicking this option or pressing Alt + F1 opens the ABRA Flexi system help.
The help contains form descriptions and information to help you navigate the system and understand the functionality of its individual sections.

📚 "Contents" Tab

  • Allows browsing by the help structure.

  • The tree structure is organized similarly to the individual modules of the system.

  • General information relevant to all modules is listed at the top.

🔍 "Search" Tab

  • Searches by specific words (not by partial words).

  • After confirming the search term, chapters containing that term are displayed in the left panel.

  • Clicking a chapter title displays its content in the right panel.

  • The search term is highlighted in color within the text.

🔗 Color-highlighted and underlined terms in the help represent links to other pages.
Use the arrows in the top-left corner to navigate between previously visited pages.

📌 If a question mark icon appears in an open list, it means that context-sensitive help is available for that list. Clicking it will open the corresponding chapter.

📞 Phone Support
The fastest way to resolve issues. Displays phone numbers for ABRA Flexi resellers, including business hours and information about the types of questions that can be handled this way.

⚠️ Phone support is available only to customers with a paid extended license support plan.

⚠️ Before contacting phone support

We recommend:

  • verifying that you are using the latest version of the application,

  • reviewing the Getting Started with ABRA Flexi guide, the FAQ, and the help documentation,

  • having your customer number ready,

  • submitting each question as a separate message.

Allows a technical support representative to connect directly to your computer.
You must have AnyDesk installed. To establish the connection, you will provide a nine-digit ID and password.

💬 Send Feedback about ABRA Flexi

The form will redirect you to the customer support website, where you can submit your feedback or a suggestion for improving the system.
If you expect a response, please include your email address in the message.

👤 Customer Profile

Here you can view summary information about the system you are using, such as:

  • Company name

  • Customer number

  • Ordered product

  • Annual support validity

  • License validity

  • Number of licenses

At the top of the screen, you can verify a basic overview of the purchased product.

  • License – option to install the purchased license (including a link to instructions).

  • Order a license – use this when purchasing a new license or upgrading your product.

🌍 Web Interface

From the ABRA Flexi desktop application, you can log in directly to the system's web interface.

This option serves as a quick transition from the locally running application to the web environment, without the need to manually enter a URL or log in again through the browser.

🔑 Application License

A window opens with detailed information about the license, where you can find:

  • which edition you have installed,

  • which company the license is registered to,

  • the license expiry date (for a purchased license: "Unlimited"),

  • annual support validity,

  • number of billed companies and users,

  • number of connected/licensed users.

📥 License Import

If you are using ABRA Flexi in the cloud, importing a license is not required.

This option is used to import a license file stored as a file.
If the license is invalid, corrupted, or in an unknown format, the application will notify you with an error message.

🧩 Add-on Marketplace

ABRA Flexi also includes an Add-on Marketplace, which links to the official website with an overview of all available add-ons that can be installed in the ABRA Flexi system.

On this page, you will find:

  • extended features and modules beyond the base installation,

  • add-ons from the manufacturer as well as partner developers,

  • descriptions of individual add-on functionality and their intended use,

  • compatibility information with ABRA Flexi versions.

The Add-on Marketplace serves as a central extension catalog, allowing users to easily check what expansion options the system offers and whether an add-on exists to meet a specific business need.

💡 Tip: It is worth checking the Add-on Marketplace regularly — new add-ons can significantly simplify workflows or automate tasks that would otherwise need to be handled manually.

⚠️ Note: Installing certain add-ons may require an appropriate license or elevated user permissions.

💾 Disk Usage

Displays the disk space used by each billed company.

  • A pie chart with segments sized by company data

  • A table listing all companies

  • Disconnected companies have a strikethrough name

  • The end of the table shows the total number of companies and disk space used

⚠️ When a large number of companies are present, loading may take several minutes.

  • the application version,

  • the central server address,

  • the environment in which the program is running.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the help?

The basic program help (F1) is available directly within the application. Internet access is required to visit the support website, knowledge base, submit feedback, or browse the add-on marketplace.

2. Why does the help open in a web browser?

Some parts of the support (e.g., tutorial articles, the knowledge base, or submitting feedback) are only available through the website, so that the most up-to-date information can always be displayed.
