🧾 Business Partners – Module
The Business Partners module is used to store all relevant information about your company's customers and suppliers. This data is subsequently used by other ABRA Flexi modules (Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Assets, etc.).
The module allows you to:
organize companies into groups (customers, suppliers, regions, commodities, etc.),
manage account analytics by group,
record contacts, bank details, events, and reservations,
attach tags to contacts and companies,
work with overviews, outputs, and print reports,
import and export data via XLS or XML.

➕ New Company Address
Opens a blank form for creating a new business partner.
The company form allows you to fill in:
identification details,
company group and relationship type,
payment terms, cost centers, and pre-accounting settings,
contact persons, bank accounts, and events,
tags, notes, and descriptions,
goods reservations.
The form also provides an overview of business relationships – invoicing, payments, overdue items, and open documents.
🏢 Company Addresses
A complete list of companies with all recorded details.
Features:
adding, editing, and deleting addresses,
filtering via global search,
importing and exporting addresses using XLS / XML.
👤 Contacts
Used for quick entry and lookup of contacts.
contacts do not have to be linked to a specific company,
option to export to XLS,
option to attach tags,
a contact record can include: company, job title, department, phone, email, and notes.
📅 Events
Used to record meetings, requests, complaints, tasks, and other activities.
events do not have to be linked to a specific company,
option to export to XLS,
in the company address form, only events related to the selected partner are displayed.

Manages both customer and supplier contracts.
