💱 Exchange Rates
In this section of the setup wizard, you can enter exchange rates and their validity periods. This information is required when creating documents in a foreign currency.
🌍 When to Enter an Exchange Rate
If you only have occasional transactions in a foreign currency, you do not need to fill in this code list — it is sufficient to enter the exchange rate directly in the application when adding a foreign-currency item.
🧭 Entering Exchange Rates
Exchange rates can also be entered on an ongoing basis via the menu:
Tools → Code Lists → Exchange Rates

⚙️ Control Buttons
🔙 Previous – return to the previous dialog.
⏭️ Next – proceed to the next step of the wizard.
❌ Cancel – cancels the entire company setup and returns you to the beginning of the new company creation wizard.
