🧍♂️ Company Groups and Address Book
This dialog contains two interconnected options.
Individual company addresses can be organized by billing method into company groups.
This categorization significantly simplifies document creation and accounting.
🏢 Open Company Groups
Every address must be assigned to a specific company group.
For each company group, you can pre-configure:
the receivables account,
the payables account,
which are then automatically carried over to documents.
🧭 You can add this information at any time:
when creating any document,
or via the Business Partners → Company Groups module (in the side navigation or menu).

🗂️ Open Address Book
The address book is a list of companies (both suppliers and customers).
It contains all key company details:
📄 addresses, contacts, account numbers, notes on meetings or reservations.
You can also assign a cost center to each company, which is then automatically carried over to documents.
📥 Address book import:
Flexi supports data import from Microsoft Excel (XLS) — making it easy to transfer your company list from another system or your own file.
🧭 You can edit the address book at any time:
when creating a document,
or via Business Partners → Company Addresses (in the side navigation or menu).

⚙️ Control Buttons
🔙 Previous – return to the previous dialog.
⏭️ Next – proceed to the next step of the wizard.
❌ Cancel – cancels the entire company setup and returns you to the beginning of the new company creation wizard.
