🧾 Cost Centers and Chart of Accounts
This dialog allows you to create two key reference lists that are essential for any accounting setup:
1️⃣ List of cost centers
2️⃣ Chart of accounts
🏢 Managing Cost Centers
Here you create the list of cost centers used to categorize accounting and financial data.
💡 Tip:
You don't need to enter all cost centers right away — they can be added at any time:
when creating documents,
or via Tools → Reference Lists → Cost Centers.
📌 Even if you don't categorize accounting by cost centers, it is recommended to have at least one default cost center that will be suggested automatically.
Having one defined does not restrict you in any way.

📚 Managing the Chart of Accounts
The chart of accounts is the most important reference list in the system.
In ABRA Flexi it comes preconfigured, but you can update, extend, or modify it as needed.
➡️ If an account is not used anywhere, it can be deleted from the list.
➡️ You don't need to complete the entire chart of accounts at once — you can add to it at any time:
when configuring accounts on documents,
in the document type settings,
or in company groups and product groups.

⚙️ Control Buttons
🔙 Previous – return to the previous dialog.
⏭️ Next – proceed to the next step of the wizard.
❌ Cancel – cancels the entire company setup and returns you to the beginning of the new company creation wizard.
