Working with Price Lists and Product Groups in ABRA Flexi

🛒 Product Groups and Price List

This dialog contains two consecutive options.
Individual price list items can be organized into product groups based on the accounting method.
This grouping significantly simplifies document creation and accounting.

📦 Open Product Groups

Every price list item must be assigned to a specific product, material, or service group.
For each group, you can pre-configure accounts for:

  • issued invoices,

  • received invoices,

  • stock receipts,

  • stock issues.

These accounts are then automatically carried over to documents, saving time during accounting.

🧭 You can add them at any time:

  • in the side navigation of the Products module,

  • or via the menu Products → Product and Material Groups.

💰 Open Price List

The price list is a list of created inventory cards.
It is used to manage products, materials, services, or manufactured goods and their prices.
It is also where you configure:

  • assignment to warehouses,

  • assignment to accounting groups,

  • tracking of serial numbers and reservations.

📥 Price list import:
Flexi supports data import from Microsoft Excel (XLS) format – making it easy to transfer items from another system or your own spreadsheets.

⚙️ Control Buttons

  • 🔙 Previous – return to the previous dialog.

  • ⏭️ Next – proceed to the next step of the wizard.

  • Cancel – cancels the entire company setup and returns you to the beginning of the new company creation wizard.
