The foundation of integration with Flexi is the ability to import data into Flexi and subsequently read it back.
The basis of imports and exports is Flexi XML, which defines the structure and content of data. Flexi XML can be transformed into other formats without restriction (JSON) as well as into flat formats (CSV, DBF, XLS, …).
The capabilities of Flexi XML are comparable to SQL: creating a record, modifying a record, deletion, batch operations, advance deductions, cash payments, payment matching, … Multiple records can be imported simultaneously (e.g., a new company and an invoice), ensuring atomicity.
The import options are extensive, and when migrating data from other systems, we do so via Flexi XML. This guarantees a broad range of functionality.
