You can find the installation package and license file by clicking on the customer link that was sent to you. Select "Setup Guide".
The installation file should match your recorded OS. Proceed by downloading the package, and don't forget to also download the license file.
Open the downloaded application. In the first step, you will be prompted to select a language. The installation wizard will then open — accept the license terms to continue.
You will then be prompted to upload the license file. Sign in using the same credentials you have been using on your original PC or in the web interface.
In the application, you will see the same companies as before, including all data processed within this instance.
