Mac OS
If you launch the Flexi installation on Mac OS X and see the error message: "Software pochází od neznámého vývojáře" or "The software is from an unidentified developer.", please follow these steps:
Hold the Control key and click the installation package file at the same time. A context menu will appear. Select [Open].
A message will appear: "The software is from an unidentified developer. Are you sure you want to open it?" Select [Open].
The installation wizard will launch.
MS Windows
On MS Windows, you may see the message: "Windows protected your PC". The behavior depends on your settings in the Windows Defender Security Center:
1. If, in the Security Center under App & Browser Control, beneath the heading Check apps and files, the option is set to "Block", the installation will not be able to run.
2. You will therefore need to change this setting to "Warn" or "Off".
3. If the setting is set to "Warn" and the message "Windows protected your PC" appears, click More info and then click the Run anyway button.
4. The installation wizard will launch.
