Error: If a warehouse document is to be generated, the warehouse document type must be specified.

The issue is a missing document type for the material issue slip in the warehouse document type settings.

If you fill in the production document type in the field highlighted above, the import will complete successfully. If you use multiple document types for receiving finished products, you will also need to add the document type (or types) for material issue to each of them.
