1. Received Inquiry
You have received an inquiry for goods from a customer and need to enter it in the web version of ABRA Flexi. You can find the Received Inquiry in the web interface either on the left via ... More Agendas or simply by typing "received inquiry" into the search bar, as shown below:
You can create a new document using the New button in the top right corner. The document editing view will open, where you fill in the required details including the requested goods. If you pre-fill the Create offer of type field (on the left), the document type will be automatically selected when creating an Issued Offer.
Once saved, a received inquiry is created, from which you can generate an issued offer using the following steps:

2. Issued Offer
Once the issued offer has been created, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the document was successfully created. You can navigate directly to the document via this message. If you do not open the document through the message, you can find it again via ... More Agendas or directly in the search bar.
In the Issued Offers agenda, you will find the newly created record. Clicking on it will take you back to the document editing view in the web interface. The details will already be pre-filled based on the received inquiry.
To make it easier to create the next document (received order), you can pre-fill the document type that will be automatically generated from this document:
Save the document and await the client's decision.
