Note: The bulk changes feature is available from version 2021.6.3.
For many reasons, there may be a need to change multiple items at once, as modifying records one by one would be time-consuming. The web interface offers a bulk record changes feature for such cases, which is available for the following groups: "Address Book, Sales, Purchases, Finance, Inventory, Accounting".
Simply select the documents (using the checkbox at the beginning of each row) on which you want to make changes, and from the bottom menu under the ⏺⏺⏺ option, select Bulk Changes.
In the specific agenda where you want to perform "bulk changes", you will find a list of items that can be modified.
To apply a change, select an item from the list and enter a "custom value". To remove values, leave the custom value field empty.
Sometimes, however, changes to document headers are not sufficient, which is why it is also possible to make changes in the document line items view. We navigate to "document line items" — in this case, to the line items of received invoices.
Warning: Bulk changes cannot be undone in bulk, so please use this feature with caution.
