Summary of Costs and Revenues Accounting Output in the Web Interface

Note: Accounting outputs are available from version 2021.6.3.

The Income and Expense Summary contains a list of profit and loss accounts organized by account and month.

Creating the Income and Expense Summary:

The accounting output "Income and Expense Summary" can be found in the Accounting => Accounting Outputs group.

After clicking "Income and Expense Summary", a data selection screen will appear where you can specify parameters and filters that will affect the accounting output.

Accounting Period

Select using the drop-down list.

Accounts

You can enter individual accounts or a range of accounts, separated by commas.

Tax and Non-Tax / Tax Only / Non-Tax Only

By setting this parameter, only accounts that meet the specified criteria will be included in the report. The nature of an account can be determined by consulting the chart of accounts.

Additional Properties

Allows you to select a currency or multiple currencies, cost centers, and activities.

Once you have filtered all the required fields, you can proceed to generate the report output. The output can be exported to PDF.

Print Report => Income and Expense Summary (Turnovers)

Represents a summation of turnovers by individual month, with a final total for the given accounting period.

Print Report => Income and Expense Summary (Balances)

Represents a summation of account balances by individual month, with a final total for the given accounting period.
