The job order accounting analysis is an alternative view of accounting data. It is intended for users who utilize job order costing. The job order accounting analysis clearly groups data by individual job orders.
Creating a job order analysis:
The accounting output "Job Order Analysis" can be found in the Accounting => Accounting Outputs group.
After clicking on "Job Order Accounting Analysis", a list of data fields will appear where you can specify the selection parameters and filters that will affect the given output.
Issue date from–to
The current accounting period is set by default and can be changed to the desired period.
Cost center
Allows you to include cost centers from the list that the analysis should cover.
Job order
Allows you to include job orders from the list that the analysis should cover.
Activity
Allows you to select an activity from the list for which the analysis needs to be performed.
