Written by Lenka Haringerová

Accounting Outputs

This section of the system contains a large number of forms that are created using a wizard. The types of individual forms are displayed based on the type of organization (whether you use tax records or full accounting).

Accounting Journal

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Accounting Journal

This form provides an overview of all accounting document line items, asset depreciation, repayment schedules, and lease tax costs from a chronological perspective. It includes the posting of the tax base and VAT.

Account Movements

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Account Movements

Each journal entry is split into two account movement records — one contains the debit account and the debit amount, and the other includes the credit account and the credit amount.

Balance

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Balance

This form is used to generate balances for accounts that are marked as open-item accounts in the chart of accounts. It is based on the matching symbol.

Note: when working with this form, you must select all modules.

Unpaid Receivables/Payables Overdue

These are unpaid receivables/payables broken down by the number of days overdue: 30, 90, and 180 days.

Accounting Analysis of a Job Order

If you use job orders, this form determines the profit or loss of a given job order.

Account Balances

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Account Balances

This form allows you to view the balance and turnover of an account by debit side, credit side, and net balance for each cost center and account individually. If you need to view the balance for the entire company, do not restrict the wizard to any cost center.

VAT Control Statement

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – VAT Control Statement

In the Czech Republic, all VAT payers are required to submit a VAT control statement. The submission must be made in the prescribed electronic format.

The equivalent for companies registered for VAT in Slovakia is the VAT Control Return (Kontrolný výkaz DPH), whose preparation is also initiated using this option.

General Ledger

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – General Ledger

The General Ledger contains synthetic accounts in accordance with the chart of accounts. Unlike the accounting journal, entries are arranged by subject matter (systematically). It provides information on account balances, aggregate debit and credit turnover, and account balances as of the date on which the financial statements are prepared.

Balance Sheet

The List of Assets and Liabilities contains a clearly organized breakdown of balance sheet accounts by account and by month.

Income Statement

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Income Statement

The income statement (also known as the profit and loss statement) is a mandatory component of the financial statements. It records revenues and expenses and reports the company's financial result for a given period.

Cash Flow Statement

Accounting – Accounting Outputs - Cash Flow Statement (Cash Flow)

This report provides a picture of the overall financial position of a specific company for a given period and offers an overview of company finances. It is a mandatory component of the financial statements for those accounting entities that prepare their statements in full scope.

List of Expenses and Revenues

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – List of Expenses and Revenues

The List of Expenses and Revenues contains a clearly organized breakdown of income statement accounts by account and by month.

Monthly Financial Performance Report

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Monthly Financial Performance Report

The Monthly Financial Performance Report provides a consolidated overview of expense and revenue accounts for the requested period.

Intrastat Generation

Accounting – Accounting Outputs – Intrastat Generation

Intrastat is used to track the movement of goods within the European Union. A detailed description of the wizard can be found in the chapter dedicated to Intrastat.

If you have configured your organization type as Entrepreneurs – Tax Records, you will find the reports required for this legislation in the Accounting module under Accounting Outputs. Some reports are common to all organization types, while others are specific to this type.

Tax Records Report

This accounting output can be found in the "Accounting" module under "Accounting Outputs". Confirming this option launches the Tax Records Output Wizard, where you can further specify what the output should contain. Only data that matches all selected criteria will be displayed.

Note!

Since tax records track income and expenses, this report will only display items that have been processed through the "Money" module.

Accounting Period

Use the drop-down list button to select the required accounting period.

Posting Date From–To

The date can be set manually or using the calendar button.

Document Issue Date From–To

The date can be set manually or using the calendar button.

If all other settings are suitable, click "Finish" to complete the selection and display all requested values. However, on first use we recommend clicking "Next" to proceed to the next step of the wizard.

To select items in this step of the wizard, use the "Select" button. The selection procedure is the same as described for selecting columns in the table view.

Selected Cost Centers

If your company is divided into multiple cost centers, you can limit the output to specific cost centers. If no cost centers are selected, the output will automatically be generated for the entire company.

Records Classification

This classification contains values required for preparing the income tax return. You can narrow down the list, or conversely add values that are not tax-deductible expenses.

If the settings are suitable and you do not want any further restrictions, click "Finish" to complete the selection and display all requested values.
To return to the previous step of the wizard, click "Previous".
To continue to the next step, click "Next".

Currencies

If you use multiple currencies, you can limit the output to a specific currency. If no currency is selected, the output will automatically be generated for all currencies.

Selected Job Orders

If you track individual job orders in your records, you can limit the output to a specific job order. If no job order is selected, the output will automatically be generated for all job orders.

Click "Finish" to complete the selection. All document line items matching the defined criteria will then be displayed on screen.

"Tax Records Report" Tab

After completing the Tax Records Output Wizard, all requested items (i.e., those matching the defined criteria) will be displayed in a table view in a separate tab on the workspace.

The top toolbar of the table contains several buttons whose functions are described in the dedicated chapter "Program Controls". You can freely sort or filter the items. Using the "Open Document" button, you can view the corresponding cash or bank document, and if needed, navigate further through links to related invoices, for example.
If you need to print the data, use the printer button, which offers a choice of output options.

Print Report "Cash Journal"

This is a simple overview of income and expenses. If you have filtered or sorted items in the table view, this output will fully reflect your specified settings.

Print Report "Tax Records Report"

This report allows you to print a clear overview of all income and expenses broken down by posting template. It respects the active filter when printing, meaning it will print only what you have filtered in the table view. Since this is a summary report (summing by the "Posting Template" and "Tax Records" columns), its sorting order is predefined and cannot be changed by the user.

However, you still have a choice here. By default, only the summary rows are printed. If you select the Extended Version of the print report when choosing the print report, individual line items will also be included in the report, along with the summary rows.
