In ABRA Flexi, you can find the standard confirmation of taxable income form, which is submitted to the tax office. The form is updated every year, so Flexi also updates it at the beginning of each year. If you are generating an outdated form, always check whether a new version has been released and update ABRA Flexi if necessary.
The confirmation of taxable income is used either by the employer, or it can be provided to an employee who will be filing their own tax return or who changed employers during the year. The confirmation can therefore be issued for the full year as well as for part of the tax period.
Generating the confirmation of taxable income
The form can be found in the menu under Employees - Print Outputs - For the Tax Office - Confirmation of Taxable Income:
Select the year and choose the confirmation for advance tax or withholding tax:
Select one person, multiple people, or people by group for whom the confirmation is needed:
And set the destination folder:
If you check the "prevent editing" box, it will not be possible to change anything in the PDF file.
If you are unsure whether an employee falls under withholding tax or advance tax, you can verify this in the payroll update, where you can see it for example in the print report Income Tax Overview - Advance Tax or Withholding Tax:

You can then save the Confirmation of Taxable Income form by clicking the Finish button.
Frequently asked questions
1) After saving the file, I get an error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
In this case, simply close the open file in your PDF reader and generate the confirmation again.
2) The preparer's details are not being filled in on the form:
