Free add-on that gives you an overview of changed records for a specific time period

Written by Petra Roubalova

Add-on Installation

The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.

For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and reopen Flexi, or simply navigate away via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.

How Does the Add-on Work?

The "Which Documents Have Been Modified Since Their Creation" add-on allows you to get an overview of all modified records within a specified time period.

Once the add-on is activated, the output will be available in the user queries menu (the eye icon) in the following modules:

  • Issued Invoices (+ Point of Sale)

  • Received Invoices

  • Other Receivables

  • Other Payables

  • Internal Documents

  • Goods Receipts/Issues

  • Bank

  • Cash Register

The add-on is available for Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).

It Contains Three Input Parameters:

  • Issue Date From/To

(defines the date range for which the add-on should include documents)

  • Number of Days Since Creation

(defines the minimum number of days that must have elapsed between the creation date and the modification)

  • Default Number of Days = 30 days

All record changes are listed. This is used primarily for reviews by an accountant or auditor — for example, to check whether any documents were modified after a VAT return was submitted. If you need to target this add-on to specific changes based on your requirements, our technicians can customise it for you. Please contact our technical department at podporaflexi@abra.eu

Running the add-on generates documents across all modules.

In the following window, enter the time period for which you want to generate the overview of modified records. Click "Finish" to proceed.

An overview will then be displayed containing information about all modified records for the specified time period.
