Add-on - Deleted Records Overview

Free add-on that gives you an overview of deleted records for a specific time period

Add-on Installation

The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.

For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch to a different company via Company - Select Company and then return to your company.

How Does the Add-on Work?

The "Deleted Records Overview" add-on allows you to get an overview of all deleted records for a specified time period.

After activating the add-on, you will find the output in the user queries menu (the eye icon) in the following modules:

  • Issued Invoices (+ Point of Sale)

  • Received Invoices

  • Other Receivables

  • Other Payables

  • Internal Documents

  • Goods Receipts/Issues

  • Bank

  • Cash Register

The add-on is available for Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).

In this article, we will demonstrate how to use the add-on for the Other Payables module.

After selecting the ZAV_DELETE: Deleted Other Payables Overview report for a specific period, click "Finish" to continue.

In the next window, enter the time range for which you want to generate the deleted records overview. Click "Finish" to continue.

An overview will then be displayed containing information about all deleted records in the selected module for the specified time period.

If you do not have the Premium plan (and therefore cannot install the add-on) but would like to view deleted records or obtain more detailed information about deleted documents, the data can be retrieved from the so-called journal. For cloud instances, we can look up the data on request, however it will not be possible to restore the action retroactively. If you have your own server, you will need to access the database and search the journal using SQL queries.
