Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and navigate back to your company.
How does the add-on work?
The "Duplicate Variable Symbols in Bank" add-on allows you to get an overview of all duplicate variable symbols in the Bank module.
The add-on is available for Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and for on-premise servers (with a public IP address).
Once the add-on is activated, you will find the output in the user queries menu (eye icon) within the Bank agenda.
After selecting the DUPL_VARSYM_BAN: Duplicate Variable Symbols in Bank report, proceed by clicking the "Finish" button.
The output is a table showing the variable symbol, the number of occurrences, and the document number.
The user query works with duplicates across all created accounting
periods.
You can also filter the output by a specific accounting period in the internal number field for better clarity.
