Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How does the add-on work?
The "Duplicate Variable Symbols in Received Invoices" add-on gives you an overview of all duplicate variable symbols in the received invoices module.
The add-on is available for Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).
Once the add-on is activated, you can find the output in the user queries menu (the eye icon) in the Received Invoices agenda.
After selecting the DUPL_VARSYM_FAP: Duplicate Variable Symbols in Invoices report, proceed by clicking the "Finish" button.
The output is a table showing the variable symbol, the number of occurrences, and the document number.
The user query works with duplicates across all created accounting
periods.
You can also filter the output by the content of a specific accounting period in the internal number field for better clarity.
