The add-on quickly displays an overview of all duplicate variable symbols in issued invoices. It can help you identify duplicates or get a quick overview of intentional duplicate variable symbols.
Installing the add-on
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How does the add-on work?
The "Duplicate Variable Symbols in Issued Invoices" add-on allows you to get an overview of all duplicate variable symbols in the issued invoices module.
The add-on is available for all plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).
Once the add-on is activated, you will find the output in the custom queries menu (the eye icon) in the Issued Invoices agenda.
After selecting the DUPL_VARSYM_FAK: Duplicate Variable Symbols in Invoices report, proceed by clicking the "Finish" button.
The output is a table showing the variable symbol, the number of occurrences, and the document number.
The custom query works with duplicates across all created accounting
periods.
You can also filter the output by the content of a specific accounting period in the internal number field for a clearer overview.
