Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and reopen Flexi, or simply navigate away via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How does the add-on work?
The "Price List Item Inclusion in Bill of Materials" add-on allows you to view all bills of materials in which a given price list item is included.
Once the add-on is activated, you will find the output in the user queries menu (eye icon) within the Items / Price List agenda.
The add-on is available for Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).
allows you to get an overview of the products in which the searched price list item (material) is included
the output also shows reservations and incomplete orders for products whose bill of materials contains the searched price list item (material)
the output includes the following columns: Material Code; Material Name; Material Quantity in Bill of Materials; Product Code; Product Name; Product Reservations; Order(s) (incomplete orders in which the product is included)
After selecting the CEN_KUS: Price List Item Inclusion in Bill of Materials report, proceed by clicking "Finish".
An overview will then be displayed containing available information about the existence of the price list item (material) in products, along with any associated reservations and a list of processed received orders that do not have a completed status.
