Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Headcount

How to Print the Recalculated Employee Headcount

Written by Lenka Haringerová

Employers employing more than 25 employees in an employment relationship are obligated, pursuant to Section 81(1) of the Employment Act, to employ persons with disabilities at a rate of 4% of the mandatory share of their total number of employees.

Entering employees with disabilities

In order to correctly generate the report on the mandatory share of employees with disabilities, these employees must first be registered in the Employees - HR menu, where details about disability status (ZTP/P) are entered on the Payroll Parameters - Tax Credits tab.

Each employee who is a person with a more severe disability is counted three times by the employer for this purpose.

Payroll is calculated in the usual way via Employees - Payroll Update.

Recalculated Number of Employees Form

The Recalculated Number of Employees form can be found in the menu under Employees - Print Outputs - Other - Recalculated Number of Employees.

Simply select the period for which you need to generate the form and confirm by clicking the Finish button:

Two print reports are available.

  1. Recalculated Number of Employees

Calculation in Section D.

The figure in Section D. Fulfilment of obligations pursuant to Section 81(2)(a) and (b), which states the recalculated number of employees with disabilities employed by the employer, is calculated as follows:

<counted hours> / <disability fund>

where:

<counted hours> = sum of hours worked, vacation hours, sick leave hours, quarantine hours, and care for a family member (employees with disabilities)

<disability fund> = number of working days * daily hourly commitment (of employees with disabilities)

2. Calculation of the Recalculated Number of Employees

The print output contains individual employees and a detailed breakdown of counted hours.
