The formula used for the calculation:

fund = hours per employment contract = working days × contracted daily hours

count = sum of hours (HOURS_WORKED_CALCULATION, VACATION, SICK_LEAVE, QUARANTINE, CARE_FOR_FAMILY_MEMBER) / fund
