Native SSCC code support is not currently available in ABRA Flexi. The recommended solution is to use an external add-on that allows you to export SSCC codes within a delivery note (DESADV) directly from ABRA Flexi.
Warning: the add-on does not support advanced EDI parameterization
Installing the Add-on
The add-on is available on our website — Export SSCC codes to EDI. It is available in the application in the form of a custom button. On the add-on page, you can install it directly by signing in to your ABRA Flexi instance. After installation, ABRA Flexi must be restarted. Once restarted, a new button labeled "EDI export DESADV" will appear in the toolbar within the Goods Receipts/Issues register.
This new button replaces the standard export path (the Export button with the "arrows" icon — Export issue slip to EDI).
The button links to an external application provided by the developer, which handles the creation of the EDI message outside of ABRA Flexi. For this reason, if you are running ABRA Flexi on your own server, you must ensure that the server is accessible from the internet via a public IP address.
Usage
Once the button is installed, you can proceed to use it and export the delivery note (DESADV message). To ensure that SSCC codes are exported to the correct positions in the EDI message, they must first be entered on the individual issue slip line items in ABRA Flexi. Each line item on the issue slip can represent a pallet assigned an SSCC code. SSCC codes for pallets are entered in the "Note" field directly on the issue slip line item. The configuration may look as follows:
Note: ABRA Flexi cannot generate SSCC codes — you must have the SSCC codes available before entering them.
Output
Once all SSCC codes have been assigned to the individual issue slip line items in the respective "Note" fields, you can proceed with the export. The export is performed simply by clicking the "EDI export DESADV" button.
The output TXT file contains the SSCC code at the position defined by the in-house format specification:
18th field: SSCC code of the pallet on which the item is stored (string), positions 222–239
The file is downloaded via your web browser to your designated downloads location, in the format DESADV_S-00123_2023.txt
This file can be passed to the EDI integrator's communication tool for further translation before being sent to the trading partner.

Can ABRA Flexi generate SSCC codes?
No, SSCC codes must be obtained from another source.
Can ABRA Flexi print SSCC labels?
This feature is not currently available in ABRA Flexi.
One option is to use a custom print report. You can make modifications using the external tool JasperSoft Studio. For more information, please refer to the documentation here. Another option is to have us customize the print report on a bespoke basis.
