From version 2024.5, it is possible to generate a new output for ČSSZ in Flexi.
The Statement of Income Settled by the Employer for Employees Working under an Agreement to Complete a Job — abbreviated as VPDPP.
The new output is available at:
Employees - Print Outputs - Income Statement DPP
The income statement is generated for a given period — month — selected in the wizard.
The statement is valid from July 2024.
In the next step, select the employees for whom you want to generate the output.
Next, select the type of statement you need to create.

A prerequisite for correct output generation is completing the data in HR Records — personal identification number, date of birth, health insurance provider, citizenship, and gender.
For statements — Income Statement, Commencement with Statement, or Termination with Statement — a calculated payroll is required.
For foreign employees — place of birth and birth surname must be filled in if they do not have a personal identification number (EČP).
Any missing data will be flagged by validation when generating the output.

When generating a statement for a given period, the payroll must be calculated — meaning the Calculated date must be filled in.
Another change applies to Social Insurance components — a new component has been added:
SOC.INS.BASE.1 JOB TOTAL - Social insurance assessment base for 1 job position, total.
This component is used to load income into the statement for agreements to complete a job.
