Dashboard Settings - WUI

How to set up and edit a board or shared board in the web app?

Written by Petr Pech

The dashboard you see immediately after logging into the application should be as informative and as customized as possible for you. That is why you can add your own elements and configure the dashboard to suit your needs.

By hovering over the bottom edge of a widget you want to modify, a remove option will appear, which will delete the widget from the dashboard.

If you want to add certain data to the dashboard instead, you need to use the drop-down list next to the "New" button in the top right corner, where you select the "Widget to dashboard" option.

All widgets that can be added to the dashboard will be displayed. You can choose from preset widgets or create your own custom ones — for example, the result of a user query.

Once the desired widget (or chart) is selected, it is added to the bottom of the dashboard.

By hovering your cursor over the top or bottom edge of a widget, you can easily reposition it using the drag & drop function.

Shared Dashboard

From an administrator account (an account with the role ADMIN), you can activate the shared dashboard feature. You can enable this feature in the company settings.

Once this feature is activated, you can choose directly on the dashboard whether you want to use your personal dashboard or the shared one.
