This agenda allows you to record requests from specific data subjects.

These may include requests such as:

  • Right of access by the data subject

  • Right to rectification

  • Right to erasure

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to object

Code – a unique identifier for the request

Status – the current status of the request

Type – the type of request

Start date – the date from which the request is valid

Resolution deadline – the date by which the request must be resolved

Resolution date – the date on which the request was resolved

Directory – selection of the subject's object in the directory

Assignee – the user responsible for this request (Users in Company agenda)

Texts

  • Circumstances – the circumstances of the given request (text)

  • Note – a note (text)

Communication – a description of the communication with the subject (text)

Attachments – a section for adding attachments to the request
