The minimum required configuration of the XLS file is as follows:
Company - abbreviation/code of the company from the company directory
Price list - abbreviation/code of the price list item
Item/material code - supplier's item abbreviation (optional)
Purchase price - selected amount in currency
Currency - currency abbreviation (can be found in Tools -> Codebooks -> Currencies)
