Printing from ABRA Flexi may not work on Windows 10 (version 1803 – April Update).
👉 This is likely caused by a compatibility issue between Java / JasperReports and the printer driver.
Solution
Open the Printers list
Select the specific printer → Manage
Click Printer properties
On the Advanced tab:
change the driver to a different one
confirm by clicking Apply
Then:
revert back to the original driver
confirm by clicking OK
Restart the Flexi application
👉 This will force the driver to reload and printing should work again.
