Setting Up the Default Email Client on Mac

To set the default email client (works with Mail only), please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app.

  2. From the Mail menu, choose Preferences, then click General. Alternatively, if prompted to set up an email account, add the account and then choose Preferences from the Mail menu.*

  3. From the "Default email reader" dropdown menu, select your email app.
