Change Font on Mac

First, navigate to the folder containing the files within the system (via Finder)

Click "View" and then select "Show View Options"

A window will appear in the foreground where you can set your preferred "Text Size"

Once you have selected the size, which will immediately take effect in Finder, click the "Use as Defaults" button

If you selected "Use as Defaults", this size will be applied system-wide (in all folders). If you did not select this option, the size will only be applied to the specific folder in Finder where you made the change.
