Payroll Components Code List

Employees – Payroll Components Code List – Settings

The values in this form are preset and can only be modified under certain circumstances — new entries cannot be added. It contains all types of allowances and supplements at the rates defined by applicable legislation. When legislation is updated, the changes are automatically reflected in this form as well. This code list is used to calculate payroll. Already calculated employee components (salary, bonus, deduction, tax, tax credits, health and social insurance, etc.) can be found in the menu Employees – Payroll Components – Entry and Selections.

The code list also contains components of the type User-entered Component. When using these (bonuses, deductions, etc.), you must enter the corresponding amount for each employee individually.

If you need to assign a personal evaluation or bonus to an employee that will be reduced in the event of illness in the same way as the monthly salary, use the payroll component "Personal evaluation – supplement (calculated proportionally, similarly to monthly salary)" or "Management and substitution supplement (calculated proportionally, similarly to monthly salary)".

It is used in various places within the "Payroll" module, and depending on where it is displayed, only the portion of the code list relevant to that particular functionality is available. This code list is used in the "HR" section:

  • in the "Employment" tab

  • in the "Standing Payroll Components" tab

  • in the "Absence" tab

  • in the "Deductions" tab

  • This code list is also used in the "Payroll Update" section across all tabs.

  • All payroll components for all employees can be viewed, filtered, and printed in the "Payroll Components – Entry and Selections" list.
