Pay components can be found in several places. An overview of all pay components can be displayed via Employees - Pay Component Settings. Components marked as user-defined can be configured according to your own needs:

However, there are many components that can also be used when the bonus is not the same, but we simply need it to behave the same way (for example, we do not want insurance contributions to be deducted from it).
