🛍️ Sales – Menu

The Sales module in ABRA Flexi is used to record and manage all processes related to the sale of goods, products, and services.
The Sales – Menu section contains tools covering the entire sales cycle – from inquiries and quotes through orders to invoice issuance and posting.

💡 The module is closely integrated with inventory, price lists, banking, and accounting, giving you an accurate overview of all business transactions at all times.


📄 Issued Invoices

A record of all invoices issued to customers.


Supports working with:

  • document line items,

  • VAT rates,

  • discounts and pricing levels,

  • links to orders and delivery notes,

  • payments and receivables.

📦 Document Item Overviews

Displays all line items from sales documents (invoices, quotes, inquiries, orders) in a single overview.
You can filter by:

  • customer,

  • period,

  • price list items,

  • cost center,

  • document type.

📥 Received Inquiries

A record of inquiries received from customers – the first step in the sales process.
Allows you to:

  • convert an inquiry into an issued quote,

  • track customer interest,

  • compare requested quantities and prices.

📝 Issued Quotes

Used for creating and managing quotes for customers.
Allows you to:

  • create multiple versions of a quote,

  • define validity periods,

  • track status (open, approved, rejected),

  • easily convert a quote into an order or invoice.

🛒 Received Orders

A record of orders received from customers.
Orders can be linked to:

  • issued quotes,

  • stock issue notes,

  • issued invoices.

Allows you to track delivery schedules, fulfillment status, and quantity changes.

🧾 Jobs

Jobs are used to track business cases in a broader context – they can include:

  • received orders,

  • partial tasks and work performed,

  • invoices,

  • costs and revenues associated with the job.

⚙️ Document Types

Used to define the parameters that control the behavior of individual sales documents.
You can configure:

  • default document text,

  • VAT rates,

  • pre-accounting assignments,

Configuration of accounting rules for the automatic posting of sales documents.
Includes accounts for:
