Has it happened that after updating Java on your server, you are unable to launch Flexi on other devices, but it works fine on the server itself? In this case, it is possible that an unsupported version of Java was installed, or that after the update, the Firewall is blocking communication on port 5434. Please check the following:
1. Check the Java Version:
You must have a supported version of Java installed. You can find out which version of Java is supported by reviewing the system requirements. If Java does not meet these requirements after the update, you will need to reinstall Java using a supported version.
If Flexi still cannot be launched on other devices after reinstalling Java, please check your Firewall settings.
2. Check the Firewall:
First, temporarily disable the Firewall and try logging in again. If the login is successful, please configure a Firewall rule on the server machine for port TCP 5434.
