Account Movements Report in the Web Interface

Note: Accounting outputs are available from version 2021.6.3.

Account movements are a specialized view of the accounting journal, where a single journal entry is broken down into two records in the account movement.
One record contains the debit account and the debit amount, and the other contains the credit account and the credit amount.

Creating account movements:

The accounting output "Account Movements" can be found in the Accounting => Accounting Outputs group.

After clicking on "Account Movements", a data selection screen will appear where you can specify parameters and filters that will affect the given accounting output.

Posting date from–to

You can leave the required posting dates set to the full year, or narrow them down to a portion of the year by entering the dates manually or using the calendar button.

Document issue date from–to

The required issue dates can be entered manually or selected using the calendar button.

Tax supply date from–to

The required tax supply dates can be entered manually or selected using the calendar button.

Add more filters

Allows you to filter the output by:

  • a specific account

  • a range of synthetic accounts or account classes

  • cost centers

  • projects/orders

  • specific companies from the company address book

The + symbol adds another value to the respective field.

  • debit amount from – to

  • credit amount from – to

  • debit amount in currency from – to

  • credit amount in currency from – to

Once you have filtered all the required fields, you can proceed to generate the report output. The output can be exported to PDF.

Print report => Account Movements

  • contains individual movements for the given account

  • information about the module in which the record was processed

  • breakdown by month

  • internal document number

  • variable symbol

  • amount

  • contra account

  • posting date

  • tax supply date

  • cost center

  • project/order

  • company

  • description

Print report => Account Movements – Inventory

  • includes the account turnover on the debit side, credit side, and the closing balance
