When filling out a form, you will often need to select values from dropdown lists. There are several ways to find the option you need.
One of them is to select a value from the full list by clicking the arrow next to the empty field.
Another option is to start typing the name into the relevant field, and the application will progressively narrow down the available choices.
The last option is advanced search, which opens a new window displaying all values in the list, where you can search and apply filters.
