🏢 Assets – Navigation

The Assets module is used to track minor assets, long-term tangible and intangible assets, and assets acquired through leasing.
It allows you to monitor:

  • asset location,

  • persons responsible for assets,

  • loans,

  • data required for accounting and tax depreciation.

The module supports both accounting depreciation and tax depreciation (straight-line and accelerated), and allows you to continue depreciation schedules started in previous years in another system.

In addition, it handles complete leasing records – including installment calculations, tax costs, VAT, and the generation of accounting documents.

📉 Asset Depreciation Modes

🧾 Accounting (Economic) Depreciation

  • Determined according to the company's needs and the actual wear of the asset.

  • Depreciation can be calculated on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

  • The amount of accounting depreciation can be changed each year.

  • An asset card with an accounting depreciation overview can be printed.

💰 Tax Depreciation (Straight-Line and Accelerated)

  • Governed by the Income Tax Act.

  • Assets are classified into depreciation groups.

  • The system automatically maintains a tax depreciation schedule for the entire depreciation period.

  • The asset card contains the history of both accounting and tax depreciation.

🚗 Leasing (Operating and Financial)

The module maintains separate records for leasing:

  • creates a payment schedule,

  • calculates tax costs,

  • generates accounting documents,

  • allows you to record lease agreement parameters, cost center, job order, and tags.
